J.M. Lahiru Kavinda of the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management won first place in the Best Project Proposal on Energy Revolution competition, organized by the Green Hearts Society, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya, in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Energy Managers Association. The winning project was “Biosynth Extension for Sanitary Napkins, Human Waste, and Organic Waste into Syngas.”
